Prey or Pray

It's said that Religion is the way of life. How does Muslim Religion different from Hindu and Christian Religions? Is it the method of praying which is being adopted across the different religions is the prime cause of difference or it’s the food habits or the attire or it's the God which is different?

Or the difference is caused because of the people trying to gain political advantage by winning trust over community or it’s the follower themselves? Everyone seems to be in quest of proving himself or herself best and belittling the other? Why there is kind of mistrust or mutual disrespect between the religions?? Why can't there be harmony or coexistence?

Why religion is called way of life.. Where does the way really end? Is it the death final destination or what about the reincarnation? In Hindu religion probably it’s for attaining the blissful soul... Is it something that could be achieved only after the last breath or there is some other way where one could achieve the blissful state?

The only thing I can think of common across all religion is the praying? What does the praying really mean.. Does it mean connecting to the God the superpower and demanding whatever is needed?? Or is it the connecting with oneself for blissful state? Does one need training, guidance or directions for the method of praying or way of life? Since religion is something which is defaulted at birth. Can parents be the mentor or trainers? Probably yes since they are more experienced then definitely they could guide to the extent of their knowledge and experience.. Then who could be next trainer for this? How one can validate credentials of the trainer - is it the number of followers or entertainment value or something else?

Though there are many questions, it that difficult or something very simple of adoption and living? Probably constant search of all the questions encompasses the way of life or should there be no search and being human is what it actually needs!

I wonder if this situation could be correlated with the following story..

Two monkeys were planning to escape from the new zoo they have been transported to. The first said: "If there is a low fence we’ll jump on top." The second replied, "If there is a high fence we’ll dig under." One of the monkeys went to check the fence and returned disappointed with face fallen. "We cannot escape," he said, "as there is no fence."
